The curriculum related to complex administration and organisations aims to provide an appropriate multi-disciplinary approach for the training of government, businesses, companies and public authorities officials with adequate economic, legal, political-institutional, organizational-managerial and security skills with a view, linked to the territory, but open to the European Community and international innovation and requirements; on the other hand, aiming at private business administration, the course aims, thanks to the acquisition of appropriate economic, legal, sociological, institutional, organizational and management and safety competences in a European and transnational perspective, at training experts, directors, officers, managers and directors of private companies and organizations (such as banks and/or insurance companies) as well as experts in the mediation of social conflicts such as banking and insurance ombudsmen, experts in policy and protection of the consumer, experts in condominium administration, in the management of real estate assets and securities, advisers of mediation in criminal justice. It also aims to train experts at medium-high level of organization, management and control of business, governance and of business administration at large, ie experts and consultants in the field of Accounting, finance and capital markets, tax advice, marketing and management of small and medium enterprises, management of tourism and related activities and of the third sector, administration and management control, manufacturing and logistics, research, innovation and business development, including international management, and protection of health and the environment, etc..
The course is also oriented to the study of the professional advice and human resource management the objective is to train medium-high level experts who can work as a labor consultant, business consultant, expert on issues of labor and trade union activities, as well as official, public official or expert on issues relating to trade unions and labor.
