The course aims at providing a basic knowledge of method and cultural, scientific and professional content for a solid training in the legal, economic, political-institutional and organizational-managerial, safety-related training in the field of public administration, namely in the central and local organizations, as well as in the field of complex organisations, including private ones, and, more specifically, in the field of job counselling.
For these purposes and for a better marketability of the title on the labour market, the first two years of the course provide basic knowledge the field of private and public law, of the history of the foremost political doctrines, of the conflict among political parties, industry, and trade unions, of administrative and labour law, English language, social statistics and macroeconomics. These competences also provide multidisciplinary methodological and cultural skills.
The third course year, with a mandatory internship period, enabling students to have an educational experience out from the class, consists of educational activities in the fields of Financial or Taxation Law, of European Labour and Social Security Law, of Sociology and Economics, aiming at the understanding of socio-economic phenomena, of Labour and Organisational Psychology, whiche students to plan an analysis of educational needs and to draw up a corporate training programme including also a system for monitoring the training outcomes.
This course aims, therefore, on the one hand to train professional figures, such as consultants and experts in the administrative processes, management and organization of companies, and institutions, capable of effectively interpreting change and organizational innovation in public and private administrations; on the other hand, it aims to train professionals:
- Able to assist public institutions and private organizations of companies and services in the planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting the economic, social and civil development of communities and companies;
- Able to implement specific public policies and to contribute to the management of human resources and union and labour relations.
